Fred is a veteran volleyball coach in the BC community entering his third year coaching with Seaside. He played his varsity volleyball at Laurentian University and Cambrian College in Ontario. Fred continued with coaching at Cambrian College, BCIT and Capilano University. More recently, Fred has been coaching volleyball locally for many years including high school at Fraser Heights and club at Force.
Fred is an entrepeneur by trade, and will be supporting our coaching staff throughout the 2023 club season.
