CATHY MACDONALD

Director & COACH

Cathy is a veteran volleyball coach in the South Surrey community with over 30 years’ experience, entering her 12th year with Seaside. She has coached both boys and girls at all ages in both club (SVC and WRVC) and high school (Elgin Secondary) with numerous championship accolades. She played her university volleyball at Grant MacEwan in Edmonton. As a veteran coach she has mentored many of our coaching staff and athletes for extra support. Cathy has been an active director with Seaside for the past 5 years and will be head coaching our 14U Girls Storm team this coming 2027 season.
