Seaside Program Withdrawal

• Once registered, if a participant withdraws from a program they have up to 30 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund.
• 10 to 30 days withdrawal, they will receive a refund less a $50 cancelation fee.
• 10 days or less withdrawal, refunds will not be issued.
• If a participant withdraws due to injury or sickness a pro-rated refund less a cancelation fee will be issued. No refunds will be issued beyond more than half program’s completion.
• Seaside reserves the right to request a doctor’s note should a participant withdraw due to injury or illness.
• Seaside will not issue a refund for the Volleyball BC membership purchased to cover insurance for the program.

Seaside Club Season and tryouts Withdrawal

• Tryout fees are not refundable.
• Once a club season offer has been accepted by the club and payment has been received and processed, the athlete is bound to the team for the entire season.
  • Exert from the Volleyball BC Indoor Club Handbook: “Once an athlete has accepted an offer to join a club or paid any portion of their club fees, they are committed to that club for the remainder of the season.”
• If an athlete withdraws due to injury or sickness a pro-rated refund calculating all expenses incurred by the club less a cancellation fee will be issued. No refunds will be issued beyond more than half the club season completion.
• If an athlete withdraws for any reason other than injury or sickness there will be no refund issued.
• Seaside will not issue a refund for the Volleyball BC membership purchased for the club season.
• If you are removed from the club due to a violation of the core values, code of conduct violations, or other reasons, a refund will not be provided.
