CLUB FEES
Our club fees vary by age group. For the 2025-26 season, our club fee cost range is from $1450 to $2000. These costs include uniforms, warm-ups, gym rental, tournament fees, and equipment; Hudl/Balltime video analysis app (15U-18U teams); coaching education, per diems and honorariums; Team photos, annual banquet, club management and administration fees; taxes and credit card fees. Volleyball BC membership is paid separately through the association website. Costs for road trips and national championships (as many of our teams attend nationals) are above and beyond. These costs also include per diems and expenses for coach’s travel at the team’s expense.

NOTE: Fees do NOT include cost for road trips or national championships. Provincial road trips for 15U-18U can range from $250 to $1000. Out-of-Province road trips (if applicable) cost around $1200/athlete.
Financial Support
While club volleyball may not be as expensive as other youth sports, it can still be a burden to some financially. There are several options out there for families who need some assistance with reducing the cost to play our sport.
- Kidsport provides grants to kids from families facing financial barriers to help cover the cost of their sport registration fee so they can experience the joy of a season of sport.
- Sport4Life Grant program removes financial barriers to sports for kids from low-income backgrounds.

everything you ever needed to know about club fees
Once a player has committed to participate with Seaside and has paid club fees, it is assumed by the club that the player will continue playing throughout the season. The club has committed registration fees, equipment, uniforms, warm-ups and travel arrangements that are not recoverable in the event the athlete quits the club and will be a financial burden to the remaining members of the team. It is our policy that if a player withdraws from the team after commencement of the season, the player will not receive a refund.
There are several options:

Payments can be made by credit card (VISA or M/C) or by e-transfer.
Yes. Once your son or daughter has been selected to a team (between November 15-December 7), you will be prompted to make an initial payment of approximately 50% of the fees. The remainder is paid by mid-February.
