Responsibilities include:
- Supports team parents assigned to fundraising for their team
- Develops strategic fundraising plans for teams and club
- Organizes and runs club level fundraising programs and events
Responsibilities include:
- Schedules and manages practice times for the club season
- Liaises with all gymnasium facility renters with changes and adjustments
- Works directly with team coaches on schedules and advises of any changes
Responsibilities include:
- Communicates with other clubs on Seaside’s and other club hosted tournaments
- Registers teams for club hosted tournaments
- Registers all teams for VBC events
- Manages tournament budget for each team
- Communicates tournament schedule and plans with coaches
Responsibilities include:
- Collects and provides content for social media sites
- Manages website content
- Coordinates with graphics company on site management
