  1. The premises will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional cleaning company frequently as needed.
  2. Participant Occupancy Limit: Maximum 12 - Coaches: Maximum 2
  3. Non-participating individuals including family members and spectators are prohibited from entering the premises.
  4. Groups renting the premises between 8:00am and 5:00pm must enter the premises from the back of the building and exit the front of the building. Rental groups must vacate the premises at the completion of their timeslot before the next group can enter. After 5:00pm, participants must enter and exit through the front of the building.
  5. Exiting rental groups must take all belongings and throw out any garbage in garbage cans.
  6. Rental groups must complete cleaning procedures before commencing use of the training facility. These procedures include disinfecting with sanitizing wipes interior and exterior door handles, bay door chains, washrooms, balls and carts, net and post systems and any other frequent touch points.
  7. During warmer weather bay doors will be fully opened and ceiling fans will be running to maximize airflow.
  8. All individuals must wash their hands using hand sanitizers located at the front and back entrances. Individuals must bring their own water and are prohibited from sharing.
  9. Individuals participating in activities on the premises must exercise social and physical distancing whenever possible, avoid hand shaking, high fives, or hugging. Minimizing the sharing of equipment is highly encouraged.
  10. Rental groups must advise all users not to enter the premises if they show any signs of COVID-19 symptoms including fever, chills, coughing, shortness of breath, sore throat, diarrhea, and/or new muscle aches or headaches.
  11. Rental groups must advise all users not to enter the premises if they have recently arrived from outside of Canada, been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case, and have not isolated for 14 days. This includes anyone who’s been directed by Public Health to self-isolate.
  12. If an individual shows any symptoms of COVID-19 while on the premises, they must immediately exit the premises and isolate outside of the building, and seek medical attention. The supervisor in charge will ask questions using the BC COVID-19 Self-Assessment Tool and/or call 811 for further guidance. The supervisor will record all events and report to YST management. Management will follow up with the individual and should they be diagnosed with COVID-19, contact tracing will commence immediately. The premises will then be sprayed with a high-quality hospital approved fogger using the disinfectant vital oxide.
  13. This safety plan will be monitored and updated as needed.
